Pros and Cons of transferring server

In Terms of Rewards and Growth:

Pros:

  • Better season rewards on Faction level (not guaranteed)
  • Better season rewards on Alliance level (not guaranteed)
  • Better WZ Captiol rewards (not guaranteed)

Cons:

  • Long waiting time in capitol titles
  • Less rewards in daily Wanted Boss ranking
  • Less rewards in Rampage Boss ranking
  • Less rewards in any other ranking events

Other +ve factors:

  • More active players, more fun
  • Better coordination, gameplay and competition

Other -ve factors:

  • sense of guilt leaving own server and community
  • potential loss of some alliance members
  • Uncertainty about the new server’s environment, competition, and community dynamics

Pros - better leadership, maybe a stronger community, improving gameplay, better chances of growth, better competition
Cons - leaving friends behind, risk of alienation, uncertainty of the new server, loss of status and accomplishments, dividing the alliance, unsure if one finds game happiness

all servers have their own issues, is one willing to adapt?
