A truck/base that belongs to an another server has a server number in it e.g #179 [ALI] NAME (as shown in following screenshot)

A truck/base that belongs to your own server has no server number in it e.g [ALI] NAME (as shown in the following screenshot)

Note: There is a checkbox now in the trucks panel that lets you hide trucks from your own Warzone.
